General Terms

By accessing the ad999 platform and/or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between ad999 and the user.

ad999 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms regularly.

All services, games, and features provided through the platform are subject to these terms. If any term is not followed, ad999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account.

Account & Registration

Each individual may create only one account at ad999. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts may be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Information required at registration

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Preferred password (must be strong)
• Preferred payment method

Providing false or incomplete information at registration may cause account verification to fail. ad999 may request additional identity documents at any time. The user is fully responsible for the security of their account.

A user's account is for personal use only. Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Age Restriction

The ad999 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Creating or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited.

ad999 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for age verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until age verification is complete.

If a user created an account while underage, all related transactions will be cancelled and deposited funds may be returned. No bonuses or winnings will be paid out in such cases.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ad999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions cannot be processed through any method other than these.

Deposit terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly
• Use accurate mobile banking details when making a deposit
• Keep the reference number of each transaction

Withdrawal terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals are only possible from verified accounts
• Withdrawal requests are generally approved after review

If suspicious transactions, money laundering, or fraud are suspected, ad999 may reject any withdrawal request and suspend the account for investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ad999 offers its users various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 and get a ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) — total balance ৳37,000

Wagering requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General bonus terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period
• The account must be fully verified to receive a bonus
• ad999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• One active bonus cannot be combined with another bonus (unless the applicable terms state otherwise)
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings on the relevant account may be cancelled

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

ad999 ensures that all games are conducted fairly and transparently. The platform follows advanced encryption technology and fair play principles.

Gaming rules

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round may be considered void

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same person
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Account inactive for an extended period

After account closure, the verified balance (excluding any conditional bonuses) will generally be returned to the registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

• Delayed transactions caused by third-party payment gateways
• Temporary unavailability caused by unavoidable technical issues

In the event of any dispute, ad999's server logs and records will be considered the final reference. Any claim must be submitted within a specified period from the date of the incident.
